YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy policy.
Template prepared 3 November 2026. Review and update this page before launch.
This page is a starting template, not legal advice. Replace all sample details and obtain advice on the privacy laws that apply to the locations where PICKORA operates and receives visitors.
Information handled by this release
The current public storefront does not provide visitor accounts, checkout, or a working newsletter-subscription form. It stores a shopping-destination preference and saved-product IDs in the visitor’s own browser storage so the site can remember those choices on that device. The storefront catalogue is loaded from a public JSON file.
Analytics and advertising
Analytics and advertising integrations are disabled by default in this release. Do not enable analytics, advertising tags, or other tracking until you have updated this policy, assessed applicable consent requirements, and implemented an appropriate consent-management solution where required. Google states that publishers serving personalised ads to users in the EEA, UK or Switzerland must use a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.
Third-party retailers
When visitors follow a product link, they leave PICKORA and interact with the chosen retailer. The retailer’s privacy policy, cookies, checkout, payment processing and data practices then apply. Review the destination’s policies directly.
Hosting and security logs
The hosting provider may process technical request information for security, reliability and abuse prevention. Consult your host’s current privacy documentation for details. PICKORA does not control third-party hosting logs.
Contact and requests
Insert a real privacy contact email and explain how visitors can submit applicable access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests: hello@replace-this.example.
Changes
